3 Days Safari to Murchison Falls National Park

Murchison Falls National Park, named after the the magnificent Murchison falls, where River Nile the world’s longest river burst out ferociously through a narrow gap in the rift valley escarpment to fall into a frothing pool 43 metres below. The Falls drain the last of the river’s energy, transforming it into a broad, placid stream that flows quietly across the rift valley floor for 55km to Lake Albert. It lies at the northern end of the Albertine Rift Valley. It’s the one of Uganda’s oldest conservation areas and Uganda's largest national park that protects a portion of wild African savannah, riverine forest and woodland.
